Turkish Level 1 provides beginners a solid introduction to Turkish, equivalent to the 1st-Year curriculum in the Department of Central Eurasian Studies at Indiana University.
Students who complete the course successfully will reach a proficiency of Intermediate Low or better. They will be able to communicate in day-to-day situations in Turkish, will be able to read and write effectively on familiar topics, and will have a solid foundation for further study or travel.
The program introduces Turkish culture through authentic materials and media, as well as Turkish activities and structured interactions with Turkish speakers.

Turkish Level 2 is designed for students who have elementary proficiency in Turkish and want to develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. It is equivalent to the 2nd-Year curriculum in the Department of Central Eurasian Studies at Indiana University.
Students who complete the course successfully will reach a proficiency of Intermediate Mid or better. They will be able to function effectively in a Turkish-speaking environment; will be able to understand and work with authentic materials, including news, videos, podcasts, chats, stories, articles on familiar topics, etc.; and will have a solid foundation for travel or advanced study.
