The Language Training Center program is a national training program sponsored by the DoD Defense Language and National Security Education Office. Consisting of a coalition of institutions of higher learning providing university-level language training customized to the needs of specific military organizations and units, the LTC program provides flexible, cost-effective, mission-relevant training for its DoD partners.
