Welcome to Indiana's Project GO Program in Kyrgyzstan
The summer Workshop offers a special program in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan for winners of the annual ROTC Project Global Officer scholarship competition.
Aimed at ROTC students with intermediate or advanced proficiency in Russian, the Bishkek program provides a challenging but uniquely effective opportunity for students to improve their language and culture skills quickly. Built for students at the second- to fourth-year levels of Russian, the program helps participants develop their cultural competency rapidly in an immersive but structured environment.
Indiana University's Russian in Bishkek program is part of Project Global Officer, an initiative of the Defense Language and National Security Education Office of the Department of Defense.
