An initiative sponsored by the Defense Language and National Security Education Office and administered by the Institute of International Education, Language Training Center Program is a national coalition providing university-level language and regional expertise training for U.S. military personnel through selected institutions of higher education.

The Indiana University Language Training Center currently partners with Special Forces Command to train 7th SFG and 95th CA personnel. It also partners with the Indiana National Guard to provide pre-deployment language and regional readiness training. The Indiana LTC has trained over 4,000 soldiers, sailors, and airmen since 2019.
