You will receive more than one Workshop bill and different bills will arrive at different times.

If you received a scholarship or fellowship, your funding contract will explain how and when your funds will be awarded.
If you are an IU student with an IUID, then you already have an IU account and you do not need to obtain one. You are done with this step.
IU graduate students will be enrolled automatically for graduate credit for courses where it is available.
Non-IU graduate students desiring graduate credit must contact languageworkshop@iu.edu to set up a consultation to determine eligibility.
International students should use the Go to IU Non-Degree (Summer) Admissions link.
The process will be as above, with additional requirements in the FAMILY & RESIDENCY INFO section related to residency and visa.
There is a special application process for high school students. Contact languageworkshop@iu.edu for details.
If you are taking a Level One course (First Year), you do not need a placement exam. You may skip this step.
You must take a placement exam consisting of a multiple-choice section, a writing section, and a speaking section.
All Workshop students, including IU students, must complete the placement exam.
You will receive instructions in mid-March.
Once have an IU ID number and a Placement Exam result, you will be enrolled in your Workshop courses automatically.
Enroll begins on April 19.
You will be notified once you are enrolled.

Inform languageworkshop@iu.edu that you are withdrawing so staff can set up any refunds you are due.
Early arrival for on-campus dorms is possible but is set up on a case-by-case basis. Contact languageworkshop@iu.edu to set up early arrival.
Late departure is not possible as there is a group arriving on campus immediately after the end of the Workshop. Plan to vacate your room no later than noon on July 27.
The Workshop will send you Housing enrollment forms after you are enrolled in your courses if you are studying in an on-campus immersion program.

Meal plans are optional with average meal cost ranging from $12.06 per meal to $13.52 per meal.
