Yuan-Chia Yang received her B.A. in Japanese Language and Literature from National Taiwan University in 2020 and completed her M.A. in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language at National Taiwan University in 2024. She served as a Chinese teaching assistant in the Huayu BEST Program at Indiana University (2022–2023) and worked as a drill instructor for second-year Chinese and a skills trainer at the Hamilton Lugar School's 2023 Summer Language Workshop. Additionally, she was an online tutor for the Chinese Language Program at Harvard University (2021–2024), teaching students from first-year to fourth-year Chinese over three semesters. In 2024, she began her career as a Mandarin Lecturer at the U.S. Language Flagship Overseas Center in Taiwan.
