Through the Language Training Center, Indiana University leverages its resources to train language instructors to deliver critical language and regional expertise courses to the Armed Forces. The Language Training Center also offers partner units alternative delivery systems for regional expertise and culture training by creating asynchronous modules available through the Special Operations Forces Teletraining System (SOFTS) and IU Expand. The Language Training Center also serves as a pedagogy resource to partner units that integrate VR systems into training programs.
